Youth Archaeology Workshop
Explore basic field methods in this archaeology workshop, including surface survey and shovel testing (two ways archaeologists dig for artifacts!). This workshop is taught by Dr. Jeremy Nienow, a professional archaeologist. Each participant receives a notebook with materials. This is the fifth in a series of six workshops that run until May 2017 (need not have participated in previous workshops to attend). For ages 11-16.
Participation is FREE, but registration is required. Register through Shakopee Community Education here http://bit.ly/2iPu28G Questions? Call 952-445-0378 or email Stephanie at firstname.lastname@example.org
